The terms and conditions specified for sale are in fact limited to those contained here. Any sort of additional and special terms in forms that are delivered by the customers are deemed to be material alterations and a notice of rejection or objection of them is given hereby. It is assumed that the customers agree the terms and conditions of sale whenever they accept the delivery of a product and service specified in the ISH invoice or any other ISH documentation. For any exceptional cases a separate agreement has to be signed and in that case agreement will govern.

Customer Acknowledgment

The terms basically define the binding contract between Indiashopshere and the customer. By making a purchase or placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges the agreement and the acceptance of the terms. Without any prior notice, the terms are subjected to changes. The terms that are specified on the site at the time of purchase or placing an order by the customer will govern the order in question.

Governing Law

Any terms regarding sales will be Governed by the laws of Delhi / NCR without any conflicts of law rules, irrespective of the location of the customer. Disputes and actions must be brought to the jurisdiction of the state courts located at Delhi / NCR. Customers hereby agree that the venue selected is appropriate and that Indiashopshere's agreement to sell and deliver the products is strictly based on this provision.

Price List

Price of all the commodities are specified in our catalogues displayed on the website and are subjected to changes without any prior notice. Payments are due before shipment of the commodity, unless any credit terms are arranged beforehand with our credit department. In such cases, the payment conditions shall be specified in the credit agreement.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Indiashopshere is not the manufacturer of the commodities that are purchased by the customers and so we offer only the warranties that are provided by the manufacturers and not us. The customer while buying any commodity has to rely on the manufacturer's specifications and not on the statements, photographs or details specified in the brochures displayed by us. Regarding services we don't have any affiliates or third party service providers and are in no obligation or liability that arises from any services performed or any warranty made by such service providers. We do not give our customers the warranty of performance or the integrity of any product but only pass to the customers the warranty provided by the manufacturers on their respective products.
Indiashopshere hereby expressly disclaim of all the warranties that are related to any products or services that are provided by the affiliates or any third parties of indiashopshere that includes any warranty associated with fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not affect the terms and conditions specified in the manufacturer's warranty if any.
Since we do not have any control over the technology used by the manufactures on making the products, we do not indemnify customer for claims by affiliates that products infringe any copyright, patent, trade secret or trademark. We pass on any such indemnity that we receive from the product manufacturer or supplier.

Pricing Information

All the prices specified for the commodities are subject to change. We have the rights to change the price of the service offerings and products for reasons including but not limited to, changing marketing conditions, product unavailability, errors in advertisements and product discontinuation. Orders placed by customers are subject to product availability, and so we are unable to ensure that it will be possible for us to fulfill all our customer's orders.
We chiefly focus on the accuracy of the information published on our catalogues regarding the products. There may be some technical inaccuracies or typographical errors in the documents and graphics published on our website and we make no representations about the suitability of the graphics and the information displayed on the site. We do not guarantee that the price for the commodities in our price list is accurate or up-to-date. If there is any error regarding a product's price, we shall have the right to cancel any orders placed by the customers at the incorrect price. If the price is already charged to the customer's credit card, we shall immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price to their account.

Limitation of Liability

Indiashopshere and its affiliates are not responsible for any kind of lost profits or business loss, special, punitive or indirect damages. We are not liable for any products that are not available for use or that are lost or contain corrupted data. It is assumed that the customer agrees that neither the company nor its affiliates are liable for any kind of damages above the amount paid by the customer for the services or products giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any kind of delays in delivery that results from unexpected situations beyond our control like delays caused due to bad weather, fire, failure of power, acts of war, labor problems, general insurrections or acts of any government or agency.

Payment Terms, Taxes and Interests

The payment modes are within our sole discretion. Invoices should be cleared within the specified period on the invoice and is measured from the date of invoice. Customer will be responsible for any sales or other taxes, state or local fees or any kinds of assessments linked with the order. They must claim for any tax exemptions at the time of purchase and support it with essential documents. If there is any payment default, customer will be responsible for all our charges that include costs of collection, court fees, filing fees and attorney's fees.

Return Privileges

All non defective returns authorized by Indiashopshere whether opened or unopened, should be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. There won't be any refunds issued after a period of 30 days. Any authorization can be obtained by contacting our customer service center. Return privileges can vary according to the manufacturer's policies and Indiashopshere reserves the right to decline any particular return request based on restrictions.

Damaged Products

All the products are inspected properly prior to shipment but damage might occur at times and it is to be noted that packages that are damaged should not be accepted upon original delivery attempt. In case the package is accepted, any sort of damage should be stated on the carrier delivery record. Internal or hidden damages must be reported immediately to the customer service centre. To avail a damage claim, timely intimation is needed and failure to notify Indiashopshere within the time period will be considered as an acceptance of the product.

Vendor License Agreements

Customers agree to follow all end user agreements and license provisions that are imposed by the manufacturers or publishers.
